Panel Discussion​: “Are We Crisis-Ready? The Potential of 5G & AI in Safety, Prediction, and Rescue”


Our very own Suman Sehra, Global VP of Product Portfolio Management, participated in a discussion on disaster alongside senior leaders from Oracle and Verizon. The panel shared thoughts on how to better harness 5G connectivity to help cities and emergency services enhance risk protection and rescue efforts.


Ready Connect: Skylo Collaboration


HARMAN Automotive also announced a new collaboration with Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) service provider, Skylo, at a signing ceremony on-site. The collaboration introduced Ready Connect, the first automotive telematic control unit (TCU) with satellite communication capabilities, powered by Skylo. Our partnership ensures continuous, dependable communication for emergencies and more via Skylo’s global satellite services which support the 3GPP NB-NTN standard.


Ready Vision QVUE: The Next Evolution 


HARMAN Automotive introduced the latest Ready Vision product, powered by Samsung Neo QLED. Now with 5,000 nits of illumination, Ready Vision delivers HARMAN’s most vivid and accurate display experience. Slashgear recognized the product with a “Best of MWC Award” stating, “Anything that can keep a person's eyes on the road and still feed information is a big win, and this is one of the clearest heads-up displays I've seen.”


Ready Engage: Meet Luna


Our personalized, intuitive, in-cabin virtual assistant is revolutionizing the driving experience. HARMAN shared how Ready Engage is enabling deeper connections between the driver and the car. The customizable avatar delivers voice-activated and empathetic interactions. 


Ready Aware: Sight-beyond-sight


HARMAN also showed attendees from around the world how Ready Aware provides near real-time, in-vehicle, contextual alerts offering “sight beyond sight” to drivers – enhancing situational awareness at intersections or approaching hazards. The innovative feature is powered by cloud-native digital twins and advanced machine learning. “HARMAN leverages over a decade of vehicle-to-everything expertise to deliver contextually meaningful alerts that help drivers make safer decisions on the road,” said Sehra.
