We support our customers across the entire lifecycle of the product. During product ideation and definition phases, we provide SW and system architecture consulting. We help in defining the platform foundation (SOC, OS and hypervisor) and selecting the right suppliers and technologies. Our certified safety and security experts provide HARA and TARA support and consultation regarding relevant regulations and their product impacts. Our UI experts support HMI and UX ideation and specification. We are impartial towards technologies and vendors and give unbiased direction to our OEM and Tier1 customers in todays convoluted technology landscape.
In the development phase we supply all relevant management roles, development, test, and integration services same as horizonal functions including Quality, DevOps, and certification. Our services encompass all domains and layers of the modern Digital Cockpit encompassing vehicle and cloud integration.
We can offer significant cost savings to our customers by applying Cloud-Native setups and test-bench instrumentation for remote development- and testing. Our certified scrum experts are used to establish large agile SW setups according to LeSS or SAFe and are used to facilitate agile ceremonies across OEM, HARMAN, and suppliers. Our Quality experts consistently achieve ASpice L3 certification and our development processes are ISO26262 certified up to ASIL-D. We provide delivery sites in most regions, equipped with TISAX certified HW and SW labs. We use state-of-the-art commercial and OSS tool suites and take pride in by HARMAN-owned tools and assets for performance tuning, audio tuning, test automation, HMI development, etc. As a Google 3PL partner, we certify both Android Auto and Android Automotive implementations.
After Start of Production, our Post-SOP teams ensure that our customers’ products and platforms will evolve over the entire product lifecycle by enabling and supporting product upgrades and their monetization. We develop and integrate new features and OS updates and support the introduction of new carlines and brands. We monitor and fix defects over the products lifecycle same as we address upcoming cybersecurity vulnerabilities and region-specific regulations, like UNECE SUMS and CSMS.
